Cloud of Souls

The trouble comes from the cloud of souls in Limbo all over the territory of the former Soviet Union, Russia and its former republics, especially Siberia. These souls had been brought up in atheist disbelief, many of them died in terrible pain in Siberia labor camps and after the death they could not complete the transition. Now the Russian karma can not be released because the astral plane above Russia can not be disturbed. This is why it looks like Russians got away with their crimes. Before anything can be done, the Soviet astral plane has to be cleaned up. This is why the expression "former Soviet Union" is still in use to mark the territory that is under a special cleansing activity. Right now, there are great cleaning expeditions working in that part of the universe.

Many film directors and writers have been assigned to work as universal orderlies. They create "light-loops" around "frozen" souls and bring them into the light. The souls warm up and become alive again.
